1. What inspired you to join VISIONS?

After seeing the incredible work VISIONS has been doing in the Dominican Republic and other countries, I was inspired by the opportunity to be part of the program as a way to help others. This experience allows me to contribute my leadership and community service skills while making a meaningful impact.

2. What experiences have shaped your passion for community service and youth development?

Knowing that my work contributes to the common good brings me joy and fulfillment. When it comes to young people, I am passionate about supporting and guiding them in their growth because I truly believe they are the future.

3. What is your favorite achievement?

There are several:
A. Completing my college degree
B. Having the opportunity to serve others and make a positive impact
C. Achieving the goals I have set for myself

4. What is your favorite place you’ve traveled?

Colombia, as well as places here in my country (Constanza, Jarabacoa, and Punta Cana).

5. What is the best advice you’ve received?

Follow your dreams.
Work smart, not hard.
Listen more than you talk.

6. What do you hope to accomplish this summer?

This summer, I hope to learn and expand my knowledge. I also aspire to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of VISIONS participants.

7. What are you most excited about this summer?

The adventures, the community work we’ll be doing, domino games (I really love playing dominoes), and baseball games.

8. If you had to give one piece of advice or words of encouragement to someone on their first VISIONS experience, what would it be?

Do everything you do with passion, love, and charisma. And VAMOOOOOO A ETOOOOOOOOOO! (Let’s do this / lock in!)
