1. What inspired you to join VISIONS?
My friend Graham inspired me to join VISIONS. He always had so many wonderful experiences and stories to share when he came back.
2. What experiences have shaped your passion for community service and youth development?
My time working as a camp counselor in South Carolina definitely shaped those values.
3. What is your favorite achievement?
I once ate an entire pack of Thin Mint Oreos by myself.
4. What is your favorite place you’ve traveled?
I really loved the Great Smoky Mountains.
5. What is the best advice you’ve received?
Make sure to adventure while you can.
6. What do you hope to accomplish this summer?
I hope to work really hard and be a good example for participants.
7. What are you most excited about this summer?
I’m excited to experience new things and meet new people!
8. If you had to give one piece of advice or words of encouragement to someone on their first VISIONS experience, what would it be?
Well, I’ve never experienced anything with VISIONS before, so I’d probably give myself the advice to look to the people who have done the work before me.
