Antonio Espino
Antonio Espino— commonly known as Toño—was born and raised in Cotui, Dominican Republic. Since 2021, he has dedicated much of his life to working as a community liaison for VISIONS programs with our local activities and service projects. Antonio’s sister and brother-in-law (Lidia and Santos Ramos) are two of VISIONS original project partners in the DR, and he’s been proud to follow in their committed footsteps.
Antonio grew up in an agricultural family and he still works on the land when he’s not busy with VISIONS programs. He has two grown children and plenty of relatives who live in the same welcoming neighborhood where VISIONS homebase resides.
