From Incan ruins and one of South America’s largest artisan markets, our Peru participants gathered for this group picture to share with friends and family back home. Pisac is one of many of our extraordinary excursions during the Peru community service trip, and kids enjoyed their time exploring the ruins before meandering through the marketplace in the town below.

The group has also been “picking away” (pick-axing, that is) on the irrigation canales project and making considerable progress on the construction of the primary school in the village of Huaynaccolca. With just over a week remaining, it’s been an incredibly supportive and enjoyable group, and we’re looking forward to more photos upon their return home!
