Live in the colorful, lively town of Cotui, where you can practice Spanish with neighbors and new local friends.

Water Conservation, Andean Treasures & Indigenous Peruvian Immersion

Make your home-away-from home in breathtaking Urubamba, at the base of the Andes in Peru’s iconic Sacred Valley.
Work with indigenous Quechua farmers on meaningful water conservation and irrigation projects.
Immerse yourself in Spanish practice and delve into workshops on chocolate-making, carpentry, pottery and weaving.

One leader to every four or five participants sets VISIONS apart among service summer programs for teens.
Most participants attend on their own, and no more than two friends can attend the same program together.
Language immersion programs longer than 15 days require two years of language study or the equivalent in life experience.
