As VISIONS alumni, you’ve helped build schools, community centers, homes, irrigation systems, tribal ceremonial structures, outdoor classrooms, playgrounds and wheelchair ramps. You’ve created murals for community buildings, worked on environmental initiatives and assisted with day camps, swimming lessons and English classes. You’ve even built dog houses for shelter animals! And this is only a fraction of the service accomplished by VISIONS alumni, all while living, laboring, laughing and exploring together.

Regardless of the role you played in the VISIONS story, most of you have found that our programs continue to have an impact on your lives, whether it’s been one year or three decades since your time with VISIONS.
With that in mind, we’ve opened the gates to an all-new VISIONS Alumni Network. This digital community offers a place to share memories and photos, reconnecting with people and communities from your program, and also an outlet to tap into the vast network of real-time resources and information from VISIONS alumni. Our alumni—both leaders and participants—have forged impressive career paths around the world, and local partners continue to impact their communities in noteworthy ways.
What’s more, if you’re looking for ways to continue serving, our Alumni Network will allow you the opportunity to do just that, staying up to date with service projects, fundraisers and other initiatives happening in the VISIONS world.
(If you haven’t already, be sure to check out the VISIONS Foundation, our nonprofit arm, which promotes community development opportunities and offers scholarships for high school students wanting to do a summer program. Connecting with our Alumni Network is an excellent way to stay in the loop with the VISIONS Foundation.)
What Can You Find on Our Alumni Network?
Once you log in, you’ll have access to regular VISIONS news, as well as the ability to post your own updates and read other updates from VISIONS alum.
Each member is prompted to create their own profile, sharing their VISIONS history, current line of work and any potential offers they have for fellow VISIONS alum. In addition to posts and a news feed, the portal includes a job board, “potential employers” tab and a tool matching you with VISIONS alumni who share your particular experiences.
You’ve already benefited from the meaningful service and adventure of VISIONS programs.
