Jennie was raised in urban Chicago, but her love for the planet and the outdoors led her to travel far and wide.
She’s a wanderlust at heart and cares deeply about the environment. She has been very active in organizations like the Sierra Club, where she has led trips into Grand Canyon and northern Arizona to study petroglyphs and local geology, and prepared trails for the Hopi tribe’s ceremonial Water is Life run. She has also taken time away from her career in marketing and teaching to study grizzly habitats and forest health and to repair hiking trails all over the Western U.S.
Jennie has lived and traveled the globe and brings to VISIONS a love of cultural exploration. She has lived in Mexico, Panama, Chile, Puerto Rico and Australia. While earning her MBA at the University of Notre Dame, she studied European government at The Hague and EU policies in Brussels. Her travels have taken her to Asia, and most of Europe, to enjoy outdoor activities from kayaking to skiing.

When she’s not at the office, Jennie is planning her next adventure travel. She works on perfecting artisan style bread and then takes long hikes to work it off. She volunteers at a local animal shelter, and is a football fanatic.
